I am passionate about both learning and teaching all things digital experimentation. As such, I am the founder and moderator of the Test & Learn Community (TLC), a growing community of experimentation industry practitioners and experts who chat regularly on the TLC Slack group and participate in once-monthly virtual panel conversations with industry experts covering various topics related to the industry from prioritization methodologies to debates around the merits of different statistical methods and test types. The community is completely free to join and open to all who want to learn and who are willing to teach and share. The only rule outside of basic kindness is that no sales or solicitation is allowed. If you're interested in joining - shoot me a note and I'll get you set up!

I am a digital professional with expertise developed over the last 20+ years in digital and offline experimentation, analytics, training, analytics, and personalization. I've worked remotely to manage projects, programs, clients, and global teams over the last 15+ years. I'm also a frequent conference speaker and workshop leader in the digital space.

I previously served for close to 6 years as the Sr. Director of Optimization for Search Discovery, Inc., where I lead a cross-functional team of subject matter experts to help clients build, evaluate, or improve their experimentation programs through program and process improvements and the build and delivery of customized training. Our clients came from every major sector including financial services, retail, pharma, mass media, and insurance. Our focus was bringing end-to-end experimentation support from ideation and prioritization to implementation and troubleshooting while ensuring a close connection between analytics and optimization always exists and providing a solid strategy to tie the optimization program to the overall business goals to really drive change and improvements.

Prior to joining Search Discovery, I spent 4 years as CRO Lead for the Semphonic group at EY's Optimization Center of Excellence. Before becoming a consultant, I lead client-side analytics and experimentation programs for Dell, Humana, and Circuit City covering all aspects of testing from paid media and email to social media and online personalization, and taught courses in Communication Theory, Organizational Communication, and Speech Communication at Missouri State University.
