My career thus far has offered a variety of opportunities for me to gain a myriad of experiences in many areas. With each opportunity, I take challenges head on and apply my previous knowledge to the new situation or circumstance. From retail management to marketing to administrative work, all of these paths strengthened my knowledge and ability to apply my skills to improve employee work environments, meet and overcome unanticipated obstacles, move the needle on KPIs, and coach and develop team members to hone their own skills in a way that strengthens our team in addition to providing personal growth and discovery. I take pride in being known as a problem-solver and collaborative team leader. Every individual brings unique strengths and perspectives to the team and all add value as we seek out how to accomplish our goals as a team and as individuals.
