I'm a product management and design executive, experienced in SaaS - scaling startups and creating global teams. Along with managing products, I've led the product creation process from ideas / inception, product development through to commercial release and adoption. I also have extensive experience working with legacy products and consolidating acquired products.
I help organizations become customer and people-focused, creating product and service experiences which meet real needs and achieve successful commercial outcomes. I've built and led global teams to create products which are useful to people and businesses.
I’ve spent over 27 years in the tech industry, focusing on the disciplines of product management, user experience, customer experience and product development. Throughout this time I've collaborated with executive teams to drive business and people-centered processes through organisations.
I’ve led customer transformation initiatives which cultivated an understanding of user experience with organisation leaders - encouraging them to continually adopt UX, CX and Design Thinking practices. I firmly believe teams need to understand problems before jumping into solution mode. Goals, metrics, and questions for any project need to be clearly mapped out to ensure a shared vision.
