With over 20 years of experience in learning and development, I am a passionate and accomplished leader who drives sales efficiency and effectiveness at Apptio, a leading provider of technology business management solutions. As the Sr. Director of Sales and Partner Enablement, I lead a global team that delivers innovative and impactful sales tools and programs that improve key metrics such as win rates, quota attainment, renewals, and rep retention.

I am a certified professional in talent development (CPTD) with specialties in sales coaching, instructional design, virtual training, and project management. I have a proven track record of creating and facilitating sales, service, and leadership programs for internal and partner audiences, as well as managing the onboarding program, quarterly training, and bi-annual company events. I am skilled at building partnerships and achieving buy-in with colleagues and customers, and I enjoy mentoring and developing my team. My mission is to enable and empower sales teams to achieve their goals and deliver value to our clients.
