Kristin Arden

With over 15 years of work experience in mental health care, I am a passionate and skilled leader, clinician, and educator in the field of psychedelic medicine. As the Care Delivery Lead at Mindbloom, a telemedicine platform that provides psychedelic therapy for mental wellness, I am on a mission to scale our care delivery team across the country while maintaining exceptional outcomes related to safety and access to care. I believe that psychedelic medicine has the potential to transform the lives of millions of people who struggle with mental health challenges, and I am committed to creating a culture of excellence, compassion, and innovation at Mindbloom.

In my current role, I oversee the clinical department and manage the quality assurance, hiring, onboarding, and professional development of over 250 clinicians and guides. I also contribute to the design and implementation of our psychedelic care delivery program, which has served over 500 clients since its inception. I leverage my skills and expertise in psychiatric nursing, case management, data science, and substance use disorders to ensure that our clients receive supportive, individualized, and evidence-based care. Additionally, I mentor and teach students and professionals in the field of psychedelic medicine, as well as serve as a guest lecturer and adjunct professor at New York University.
