The depth of my hospitality and event management experience has allowed me to perfect the role of event liaison and leader while collaborating across disciplines and cultures to deliver effective and top quality experiences for all stakeholders, from fellow team members to dignitaries including Ambassadors, US Cabinet Members and Prime Ministers.
My positive energy and innate “people skills” foster productive and team-centric relationships that ensure success in a world where the variables are ever changing.
I am particularly thrilled to leverage my extensive experience in training and professional development. As both a guest speaker and a program trainer, I have designed curriculums and delivered educational events in virtual settings via webinars and recorded sessions as well as in live sessions in a variety of venues. I enjoy the challenge of creating new programs as much as finding new ways to improve existing ones, especially in an environment where there is so much competition for members’ time and resources.
Training is incredibly rewarding and fuels my desire to see professionals’ confidence grow. As a licensed Intercultural Protocol and Etiquette trainer and Certified Image Consultant, my skillset is both unique and effective. I am able to command attention and affect positive outcomes.
An eternal optimist, I learned the value of grace and adaptability with nine moves during my 20-year active military duty lifestyle. Nine times as the “new girl” at work, as the new parent and as the new volunteer. You can’t ruffle my feathers as I truly believe that grace under pressure and a calm, professional exterior create the surest path to the ideal outcome.
