I am overly optimistic. Born in the small town of Tema, located in Ghana, I came to the states at a young age with a thick accent. I used that as an area of opportunity to push myself into linguistics, with a strong focus on understanding the English language and its pronunciations. That helped me build a strong foundation on conveying my thoughts, therefore my biggest strengths are public speaking and storytelling. Those are what I believe help me to be a strong leader. Before I lead though, I seek to follow and understand. I have a strong background in sales and relationship building which are areas I am fortunate to be immersed in every single day. My goals and aspirations are leading me towards an executive role in sales, communications, and growth. It's still early to tell exactly what my next challenge will be, but I am ready for it.
