Full-stack marketing executive with a 15-year track record of growing revenue for startups, Fortune 500 brands, and everything in between (both in-house and agency-side).

I take an entrepreneurial, high-ownership approach to marketing--whether I'm building new programs from scratch or improving existing ones.

My biggest successes have come through building and optimizing scalable, high-ROI growth programs for B2B businesses. I love to experiment, find what works, and scale it rapidly.

The marketing teams and campaigns I've run have driven $100M+ in incremental revenue for my employers and clients. In more than one occasion, this has meant extended periods of 10%+ MoM revenue growth.

I'm currently the Director of Organic Search at Semrush, where I oversee the global CRO, SEO, Organic Content, and International Blogs teams as well as the company’s most popular email newsletter.

Some of my recent achievements at Semrush include:
• Nearly tripled Semrush's organic search traffic within 18 months of joining the company and exceeded aggressive new MRR goals for the channel.
• Redesigned Semrush's approach to non-brand SEO, building a globally distributed team and strongly increasing ROI via better content strategy, content quality, and conversion-rate optimization.
• Established a new approach to the company's most popular email newsletter, improving its average open rate by a relative 19%, avg click rate by a relative 181%, and CTOR by a relative 132%.
• Thanks to consistent employee development and coaching, my team reported the highest levels of engagement across the entire global marketing division, including the highest score for "best work" as well as the largest QoQ and YoY score improvements. All while exceeding revenue growth goals.
• Worked with HR to develop a new process for finding and evaluating highly skilled job candidates more quickly and thoroughly.
