I am a versatile and qualified human resource professional with over 20 years of combined experience in human resources, EHS, legal, and psychology. I hold a bachelor's degree in psychology from Southern New Hampshire University.

My core competencies include payroll and benefits management, employment contracts and severance agreements, employee conflict resolution, and HRIS implementation and management using ADP, BambooHR, and Gusto. I am also a certified paralegal, and a Lean Six Sigma yellow belt enables me to ensure compliance, efficiency, and quality in all aspects of people operations.
