My roots are in product development and manufacturing and I've worked extensively with Fortune 500 companies in various industries to drive business transformation enabling an enhanced experience for both customers and employees. My unique combination of front-office, back-office, industry, and consulting experience is the enabler behind creating and delivering meaningful experiences across touchpoints.
