Lauren Moss

I specialize in sustainable capital plan development, energy management strategy, and energy services. In my work with clients, I prioritize and balance the multiple goals that accompany large-scale building and portfolio projects, including occupancy healthy, energy efficiency, feasibility, compliance, certification, and cost considerations. Throughout my career, I have overseen certification, compliance and efficiency projects on more than fifty million square feet of commercial space. In addition, I have worked with building owners and managers to assess the feasibility of achieving LEED® for Existing Buildings: Operations & Maintenance™ certification at properties totaling over five million square feet, and Fitwel certification totaling more than 25 million square feet. I have worked with various state and utility incentive programs, connecting clients to funding to pursue improved efficiency and long-term sustainability for the built environment.

I currently work in the field of occupant health and the built environment, promoting solutions to help deliver healthier, safer, more efficient and productive environments for all occupants across key verticals. My experience developing healthy building strategies is supported by more than 20 years in sustainable capital plan development, energy management strategy, and energy services.

I am currently the Vice-Chairperson of the Board for the Northeast Sustainable Energy Association and Vice President of the New York Energy Consumer Council as well as Co-Chair of the Diversity + Inclusion Committee and Chairperson of the Education Committee.
