Lauren Ridley

I am a diligent and passionate graduate occupational therapist currently working at ELFT on a community rotation starting in the Initial Assessment Team for Tower Hamlets Council.

Whilst studying at London South Bank University, I gained invaluable inpatient and community experience working in both the NHS and at Community Interest Company (CIC), Sport for Confidence. Within the NHS this included inpatient mental health, neurology outpatient (supporting the spasticity team) and acute physical inpatient (medicine for the elderly).
I also have extensive experience as a bank support worker at the London Disability Network supporting three women with learning disabilities in their own supported living service.
