I am a trained data analyst & data scientist, DEI Advocate, and co-lead of multiple Tableau Community initiatives. My career in data started over 10 years ago and includes experience in a broad range of data including support, people/HR, learning, DEI, and more.

I focus on engaging data, AI/ML, and leadership teams on understanding inherent biases in their systems driven by a core belief that groups, teams, and cultures that have multiple diverse perspectives and provide the safety for its members to be vulnerable will create the best solutions for any of the problems faced today.
