I am responsible globally for Customer Experience at Google Cloud. Partnering across sales, professional services and our external partners, we focus on successful long-term customer transformation powered by Google Cloud.
Prior to this I spent almost 30 years at Accenture. My last role was market unit lead for the US Midwest – responsible for clients, people, offices, community involvement, and financial performance across the region. I had strategic responsibility for integrating Accenture’s services to tackle and solve our clients’ most complex problems. Leading more than 11,000 people in the market. I had previously led Accenture’s Products group in North America, where I was responsible for leading the overall business in the retail, consumer goods, automotive, industrial, travel and life sciences industries. I oversaw Accenture’s largest and most complex client arrangements.
Outside of work I find every excuse to get outside and ride my bike. I love to travel and since moving to the US, I am on a mission to get to as many of the US National Parks as I can – getting off the grid with my wife and two daughters and recharging the batteries.
I am a graduate of Leeds University, UK, in Computational Science and Mathematics.
