Libby is a results-driven marketing leader with 15+ years of experience in managing the intersection of personalized content, lifecycle marketing, audience segmentation, and marketing automation. She has a proven track record of building a culture of collaboration for a team of marketers, that improves overall performance and helps individuals grow in their own careers. At Frontdoor Home, she leads the acquisition, member engagement, renewal and home warranty offering strategies.

Previously, she was involved with marketing programs in a variety of industries, from non-profits to tech startups.

During her personal time, she previously served on the Board of Directors for the Northwest Avalanche Center (nwac.us) as the board secretary and can be frequently found with her son and husband skiing and hiking throughout the Cascades.
