Linda is a experienced accountant with over 15 years of experience in the audit and accountancy field. She is the Founder and Director of Nomatshawe Group, a business consulting company that provides strategic, operational, and financial solutions to clients across various sectors and industries. She is also a Fellow of the Young African Leadership Initiative, a prestigious program that nurtures and connects the next generation of African leaders.
As a passionate advocate for business, people, development, and transformation, Linda serves on several boards, councils, and committees that promote the advancement and empowerment of black accountants, entrepreneurs, and professionals in South Africa and beyond. She is the National President and Board Chairman of the Association for the Advancement of Black Accountants of Southern Africa, the Vice President for Professionals of the Black Business Council, and an Advisory Board Member of the Young African Leaders Institute, among others. She is also a global speaker and facilitator who shares her insights and expertise on topics such as leadership, diversity, governance, and ethics.
