I’m a deeply experienced and driven workforce solutions industry executive with a reputation for producing strong results, driving large-scale cultural change that improves organizational effectiveness, and leading teams that propel revenue growth.
In my tenure as a senior executive at some of North America’s largest staffing organizations, I’ve successfully managed nearly every possible issue in our industry. Each time, my leadership has generated results far beyond expectations. From startups, to mergers and acquisitions, to geographic expansions, I’m well known as a leader who delivers high-impact outcomes in short time frames. Whether the task is to turn around a struggling market or build a top-notch team, I thrive on challenges and revel in crushing goals.
After only a few months at Volt, I was promoted to Interim President and CEO, and then formally appointed as President, CEO and Executive Board Director, of the $1 billion publicly traded organization — an organization that includes Volt Workforce Solutions, Volt Europe, Volt Asia and Volt Consulting Group, as well as our Design & Technical outsourcing services. Throughout my tenure, Volt realized improved performance in nearly all key financial and operational metrics. In the first quarter of 2019, we boosted our sales engine and client delivery to generate year-over-year growth in net sales for the first time in 26 quarters.
In addition to my proven track record of results, I’m often sought out as a thought leader on staffing and hiring trends, global talent challenges and change management.
I’m also fiercely dedicated to supporting future female leaders in staffing and business, and often lend my time as a mentor. Outside of work I’m an avid boxer, enjoy spending time with my family and my beloved rescue dogs, as well as cheering on Pittsburgh sports teams.
