Using my passion for learning and the written word as my motivations, I have cultivated a career creating content that helps users navigate through complex technical jargon, and designing systems that "lighten the load". While many of my skills have come from coordinating teams and managing large projects, my biggest strength is at polishing processes so they maximize efficiency and ease understanding without sacrificing detail. In software program design, this means taking a user's business need and turning it into development specifications that improve the whole program and not just that single feature. In writing and editing, it means carefully honing the wording and structure of content to ensure it has the most effective impact on its target audience.
