I have been a long time Salesforce Administrator, using the application since 2000. I have worked with many clients implementing and updating Salesforce for Sales and Service. I have implemented sales processes to utilize Salesforce as it is natively intended. On top of that I can take custom processes from Business Unit Leaders and create the necessary Salesforce structure.
I hold multiple certifications in Salesforce, Validity Demand Tools and Gong. I am an administrator in number Sales Enablement tools, as well as implementing them. I work with OutReach, Groove, Gong, Validity Demand Tools, Validity BriteVerify, Data Loader, etc.
