Today, Sheppard & Company helps equipment dealers move from fighting fires to running at peak performance by implementing our proprietary DOER (Dealer Operational Excellence for Results) system. We're dedicated to making the dealership a better and more interesting place through process improvements, training, and technology solutions to modernize distribution.
