'Why make things so difficult through thinking in impossibilities, when you can make things easier through thinking in possibilities?' I have this thought once and a while, especially when encountering unnecessary bureaucratic and old school processes. These are the moments that I am energized to develop new concepts to make things easier, because I strongly believe that we can have a more joyful world when we look at things as easy as possible, in a perspective focused on opportunities instead of impossibilities.
I am a lead in CRO/experimentation, in creating experimentational cultures and programmes, to help companies evolve from assumption and opinion based way of working to the development of validated solutions of customer problems. I have created and managed 300+ A/B tests, led and coached multiple teams to start experimenting.
I have 10+ years of experience in the online business, moving from online marketing to CRO and setting up experimentational cultures and programmes for A-brands.
