I am the CEO and co-founder of Femme Palette, where we help (not only) women, teams, and companies thrive through mentorship, a personalized approach to career development. We believe that the best way for someone to learn and grow in their roles is through guidance from people who were once in the same situation. In 4 years, we have built a community of 2,000+ members, matched over 1,000+ people with their mentors, and built a community of 800+ mentors from different countries and backgrounds. Through various initiatives, we aim to support women in their careers and help them grow into leadership positions.

I have lived in San Francisco for 6 years and worked in a variety of marketing and design roles for tech startups (edtech, fintech) across Silicon Valley. I have experienced firsthand the impact that mentoring can have on someone’s career when switching from marketing to a UX design role, and then growing in a role as a UX designer. I feel passionate about helping people grow in their careers, creating supportive and diverse communities, and diversity and inclusion topics.
