Chipping away at the Sales Enablement puzzle.

I have spent the last 10+ years consulting and building Sales and Revenue Enablement programs, tools, use cases, and value for more than 70 Enterprise and SMB organizations, across the globe.

I prefer to lead by example and, to ground vision in experiences and data. As such, some of my most fulfilling work has been when creating from scratch, whether constructing adoption plans or identifying cross-sell opportunities; designing customer service process flows or shaping strategic planning and executive advisement; journey-mapping customer experiences or developing churn prediction models, refining process improvement or rolling up my sleeves and writing SQL, HTML or Excel formulas; delivering conference presentations, detailing project management plans or nurturing and developing a team of rockstars.
