Currently, I'm the Sr. Director of Customer Success at Insightly, leading initiatives to ensure our customers and partners receive the maximum value possible from our product offering. My focuses are primarily in growing account value, negating churn, optimizing processes, scaling operations, and coaching/mentoring.
My previous roles have been in sales, account management, customer support, product management, project management and spanned a number of industries and business models in outdoor/lifestyle, SaaS, consumer products, and Point of Sale. In working with a variety of different teams and industries, I embrace the unfamiliar and am always seeking a new challenge or problem to be solved.
My colleagues would describe me as empathetic, detail oriented, driven, technical, quick learning, communicative, and efficient. I thrive in a team environment where I can wear multiple hats and juggle multiple tasks/projects at once. As someone who has worked on both localized and remote teams, I'm no stranger to distributed teams and culture.
