Margette Hepfner

Margette Hepfner, Chief Operating Officer for Lincoln Property Company, brings over 20 years of multifamily industry experience. Hepfner is responsible for the executive oversight of all daily operations for Lincoln’s multifamily portfolio of over 200,000 units.

Margette is a past Chairperson of the National Multi-Housing Council's Membership Engagement Committee, and serves on the NMHC Political Action Committee. Additionally, she is the Past Chairperson of the National Apartment Association's (NAA) National Suppliers Council and has served on numerous committees in both organizations. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas.
