Currently serving as the Group Head of Operations at Mobsta, I manage the Account Management team while leading strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation. My focus lies in optimising workflows, streamlining processes, new partnerships and fostering a culture of excellence. I thrive on challenges that demand strategic thinking and innovative solutions.

Prior to my current role, I worked as a Client Services Manager and Account Manager at Hawk. In these positions, I leveraged my expertise in client relationship management and campaign optimisation to exceed client expectations and drive business growth.

My academic background in International Business from the University of Brighton, coupled with my experience living in Spain, has complemented my journey in digital advertising. Being a polyglot fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian has enhanced my ability to connect with diverse stakeholders in the global digital advertising landscape. This blend of academic knowledge, international experience, and language proficiency has equipped me with the tools to navigate the complexities of digital advertising effectively.

Outside of work, I'm an avid volleyball player and team representative on a queer volleyball team. I also enjoy exploring new dance styles through modern jazz classes and giving back to the community as a member of a charity focused on increasing the visibility of LGBTQI+ individuals in advertising.
