I have spent almost 20 years in the Event Planning and Management industry. I am well versed in employee retention and acquisition, having increased employee engagement through events and thoughtful leadership over the years. The days of the party planner are long gone, events now move businesses forward internally and externally through customer and employee experiences.
In March of 2022, I joined Delta as their Senior Manager in Global Internal Events and Conferences. My career encompasses leading corporate events and programs, developing and launching one-of-a-kind experiential events and engagement programs that grow customer loyalty, prioritizing brand recognition, and retaining employees nationwide. At Delta, I am always on the lookout for ways to engage employees with world-class events. I elevate employee engagement through events and meetings.
