I am an experienced senior leader with a diverse background in leading sales teams in software, solutions and services, working with strategic and large enterprise customers. My focus is building and optimising high performance teams to drive growth and new service offerings. I lead in the field with my team, maximising time with customers and partners.
I started out in the technology industry writing code but I quickly learned my passion was working closely with customers. I drove myself into increasingly customer facing roles through support and presales, ultimately landing in my first quota carrying role 17 years ago which ignited my lifelong passion for strategic sales.
I am passionate about coaching and talent development. This has lead to my involvement in a number of volunteer mentoring initiatives which I enjoy immensely.
Some of my most recent achievements:
• Successfully operationalised a new specialist sales and presales team, achieving 100% and 200% incremental new logo acquisition growth in years 1 and 2 respectively.
• Restructured, optimised and lead a 100 headcount services sales organisation.
• Built a brand new EMEA cloud specialist team to scale an acquisition – 24 heads in 13 countries in 9 month, generating $50m pipeline in a brand-new portfolio area.
