• Been a founding designer, collaborating with Product managers and engineers to build product from scratch.
• Become skilled in a range of Design methodologies — Affinity mapping, Design Thinking, UX research, sketching and wireframing, interactive prototyping
• Gained extensive experience leading large design projects from the discovery and problem definition stage, through to ideation, prototyping, testing and delivery
• Become passionate about solving complex problems
• Led small sized design teams and mentored Designers
• Become a strong collaborator throughout the development process, with experience in Agile methodologies and working as part of multi-disciplinary teams
• Learned to have a strong sense of priority and scope to keep my own projects focused as well as other designers
• Become an expert in industry standard tools — Figma, Sketch, Whimsical, Balsamiq, InVision, Photoshop, Illustrator, among others.
