With over 20 years of online editorial experience my commercial awareness, creativity, journalism and site development skills help produce engaging, compelling content with an original voice that has proven to drive - and grow - a loyal audience.
My experience in managing ever evolving sites and multiple tasks with large editorial teams has given me the necessary skills to multi-task without compromising on quality.
I am fully versed in essential online skills including editing, traffic management systems (Parse.ly, Chartbeat, Google Analytics, Taboola), SEO, media law (including defamation), Google Trends, CMS and Photoshop. I am social savvy, media trained and have several years experience of fronting online entertainment shows, including Good Vibes Only - HuffPost Entertainment's hugely successful weekly entertainment show.
I was a regular presenter on BUILD Series London, a live chat show. Guests included Joanna Lumley, Gemma Arterton, Katie Price, Nadiya Hussain, Jake Shears, Melanie C, Alesha Dixon and Celia Imrie.
I also regularly represent HuffPost UK in the media, with recent appearances on BBC Breakfast, BBC London and The Drum. I have hosted panel discussions on a broad spectrum of topics including diversity in media and and a range of LGBTQ+ panels.
In 2018 I was selected by Bafta to be a judge on the panel to select the shortlist for that year’s Rising Star award. In 2020 I judged the Entertainment category at the Student Publication Awards.
As well as having an insatiable appetite for pop culture and an encyclopaedic knowledge of all things celeb and entertainment, I have also written many published features outside of Entertainment, including opinion pieces and long reads on LGBTQ issues.
