Executive Management and Sales and Marketing leader with a proven record of exceeding targets and achieving operational excellence in public, PE and venture backed companies. I've delivered in startup, growth, and turnaround, driving material revenue and profit growth and creating millions in shareholder value with integrity. I lead from the trenches, build trust easily, and believe the greatest measure of my success is how many leaders I've helped to create. I've been a board member, raised venture capital, and played key roles in achieving 5 exits. My accomplishments span digital marketing categories including Marketing Cloud/SaaS, Paid Social, Paid Search, Programmatic, Partner and Affiliate Marketing, and Loyalty/CRM. My career is unified by a passion for teaching brands how to leverage data and technology to improve marketing effectiveness and maximize customer lifetime value.

As CEO, I successfully executed the turnaround of Permira and Banneker owned Pepperjam including a $15M Ebitda improvement in under 3 years, culminating in our acquisition by Partnerize in July of 2020.

Prior to our exit to Merkle, I was co-founder, COO, and a Board Director of YC (WC10) graduate, 500Friends. We raised $12M from Crosslink Capital and Intel Cap and built millions in ARR. I owned Sales, Customer Success, Business Development, Marketing including brand strategy and demand generation, Legal and Finance.

Previously, I was SVP of Revenue at General Atlantic owned Webloyalty.com. I was recruited following the GA transaction to scale global revenue. We exceeded all targets, growing revenue from $90MM to $300MM during my tenure.

At IAC, I was a co-founder and SVP of the IAC Advertising Solutions Group. With 200 sellers, IACAS was one of the world's largest online advertising solutions and sales groups offering complete solutions for digital agencies and brands including search, display, and direct marketing.

At Ask Jeeves, I served as SVP of Sales and as a member of the leadership team credited with executing the turnaround of Ask. I led a national team of 40 and built paid search listings revenue from 0 to $100M prior to being acquired by IAC for $2B.

While at Excite@Home, I served as Director of Sales leading the top sales teams in the US and personally sold the first profile driven programmatic advertising solutions.

I started my career as a Series 7 financial consultant.
