I am an accomplished leader in sales and customer experience, recognized for my proficiency in crafting strategies, expanding operations, and steering teams to exceeding expected outcomes. My passion lies in nurturing and empowering diverse teams to drive substantial change, positively influencing both employees and customers.

Currently, I serve as the Head of Inside and Digital Sales at Zoetis, the global leader in animal health. My primary focus is centered on exploring innovative methods to leverage data and resources, all with the aim of optimizing our sales efficiency. We begin by collaborating on brand strategies and seamlessly integrating specific data sets with my team's sales acumen. These endeavors are geared towards introducing fresh solutions and approaches to an evolving customer base. These initiatives are aimed at unlocking the full potential of our diverse and multifunctional team, as evidenced by the consistent growth in revenues and increased customer engagement.

Prior to this role, I honed my expertise in reference laboratory diagnostics by taking on roles of increasing responsibilities. My early emphasis was on assembling high-performing teams capable of capturing market share while maintaining our position as an industry leader. My later focus evolved to building a culture that emphasized positivity and results. With these approaches, my teams excelled in negotiations and consistently secured deals in a highly competitive market.

My professional journey began in the Pharmaceutical industry at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, where I spent nine years ascending the ranks until I became a nationally recognized District Sales Manager. Throughout my tenure, I consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills, making substantial contributions to increases to the development of team members and growth of territory and area market share, resulting in multiple national and regional sales accolades.

I cemented my foundation in sales by completing the Management Trainee Program at Cintas Corporation. After an extensive two-year leadership development program, I channeled my efforts towards refining my sales skills, as evidenced by my adeptness in securing new business within the uniform and ancillary services industry.

The roots of my career trace back to the United States Air Force, where I established enduring principles and values that continue to guide me. Serving as an enlisted airman, I gained an early understanding of discipline, resilience, and problem-solving, qualities that remain essential in my professional life.
