In the 20 years I’ve spent in the industry, the world of customer experience, fraud and the cloud are have changed drastically.

The recent economic trends, combined with a data rich internet has propelled fraud to the forefront of peoples minds. Counting for more than 40% of all crime, the fight against fraud has never been so important, hence my reason for joining Smartnumbers.

In my role as CRO at Smartnumbers I lead a team of Fraud and CX specialists to help leading brands protect their clients and fight fraud.
