In my work, I fix software companies through building a more effective product discipline across the organization, specifically 0 to 1 product operations. The goal is to seed a culture of transparency and alignment that scales with the growth of the product and the organization. I love the challenge of giving individual teams more autonomy and trust to do what they're great at!
