Well, hello there, fancy seeing you here. My name is Melanie, and I am the Founder & CEO of The Email Marketers.

We develop intelligent email strategies and craft high-converting email copy and designs for e-commerce brands making $2 - $40 mil in revenue to make them more $$$ and turn their customer base into lifelong raving fans.

I started The Email Marketers because I felt the agency world was fundamentally broken. Yes, I am about to say: "We're not like the other agencies..."

One day when I had to tell a client that what they were sold was a complete pipe dream, I decided that the one thing I would never do was join another agency, let alone build one.

But the Universe has the craziest humor, and somehow, here I am. On a mission to build an agency that doesn't suck.

We do this by working with a maximum of 30 high-quality clients at a time. Our goal is to feel like an in-house team, even if we're not. Our mission: To be the Ogilvy of email marketing.

I didn't wake up when I was 5 saying: "I'm going to change the world with email marketing."

I doubt anyone in our company has. But I do believe that one thing we all have in common is an intense inner calling to make a positive impact on the lives of other people.

We are building a place where people love to come to work, where people care about the work they do for their clients, and where clients feel at home for hopefully a very long time.

Before I started The Email Marketers, I was the Head of Email Marketing for one of LA's fastest-growing agencies and the first marketing hire for Apt2B (acquired), as well as a marketing consultant for conglomerate brands such as Mercedes-Benz and SMART before that.

I have experience working with global brands and start-ups in the e-commerce, automotive, beverage, skincare, retail, clothing, consumer electronics space & more.

As an avid writer & speaker you can find me speaking at Traffic & Conversion, AdWorld, Affiliate Summit, Mailcon, and featured in publications such as Business Insider.

I'm passionate about e-commerce, email marketing, sustainability, foreign cultures, pasta, and - most of all - surfing. Also, I'm the CEO of Dad Jokes.
