As the Senior Director, Events at Meeting Professionals International (MPI), I oversee the logistics and programming of MPI's global live event portfolio, which includes medical, corporate, and not-for-profit associations. I have more than 25 years of experience in the meeting and event industry, and I hold the Certified Meeting Professional (CMP), the Certificate in Meeting Management (CMM), and the Healthcare Meeting Compliance Certificate (HMCC) credentials.
My core competencies include end-to-end event management, strategic planning, branding and marketing strategy, budget oversight, KPIs and metrics, process and policy development, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
