When I was a 22-year-old reporter, I covered my first-ever arson—a three-alarm fire that leveled four apartment buildings. I got the call at 3 a.m., drove to the scene, took video, posted on social media, fielded phone calls, pumped out a 30-inch story, and didn't go home until about 8 p.m.

I'm that person. While I'm no longer a journalist, I still thrive on challenges, deadlines, and telling a great story. I'm the writer who will forget to eat if I'm "in the zone," and I take immense pride in my work and byline.

Now, I put that scrappy journalistic work ethic to use in the content marketing world. I'm highly skilled in content strategy, creation, and distribution, along with interviewing, writing, editing, social media, interview-driven videos, podcasting, and public relations. In my spare time, I dabble in portrait photography.
