I help businesses grow by auditing their operations & sales processes until we spot inefficiencies. Typically, we start by defining processes that align product, operations, and sales. As a result this work, we inevitably learn what parts of business should be automated, so that's what we work on next. Then, we rinse and repeat.
One of my first experiences with this approach happened in a physics research lab at Emory University where I developed a fully-automated method for measuring the phase transition temperature of polystyrene. I had similar experiences as a researcher throughout my career as a physicist.
After physics, I spent time learning about sales and operations in several industries, but my most recent experience is in tech. I recently helped Theralytics ( a SaaS software company) grow from startup to acquisition using the framework I outlined above.
Currently, I'm using these strategies to scale two businesses I'm a part of:
1. Unstationery: an early-stage startup that leverages computer vision and webAR to print videos.
-Businesses use Unstationery to improve customer retention and find new customers.
-Consumers use Unstationery for everything from weddings to holiday cards.
2. Revolve Medical Billing: a company that aims to automate billing processes for medical professionals, so practitioners can focus on providing care and growing their business.
