Hi everyone, Michael Raja here. Typically I work with CEO's, owner-founders and other members of the executive leadership team who are frustrated by the lack of positive results their sales tools, personnel and processes are producing. Often they feel left in the dark over what's actually happening in their business from a sales and customer experience (CX) perspective, and sometimes this can make them feel unsure on where to make the next strategic business investment.
