Michael leads the Innovation practice across Dentsu Media and works with clients and teams to build strategies that help prepare brands for the future consumer (near & far). He is a specialist turned generalist with experience and deep interest in emerging trends, youth culture, gaming, nascent tech, branded content, data driven solutions, and decentralized experience implications.
His role is to anticipate the ever-changing value dynamic between brands, consumers, and media and help clients take measured steps to experiment and learn. He has lately been focused on exploring new forms of incentive structures, consumer connection points, and new business models for brands via Web3 concepts and applications.
Additionally, he previously led Global Strategy for Xbox, overseeing Xbox’s biggest console launch to date alongside some of their biggest title franchises.
He has had the pleasure of working in various roles to garner a diverse perspective from Integrated Comms, Mobile, Global Strategy, and most recently Innovation. He's worked with great brands such as Microsoft, Xbox, General Motors, Mastercard, Burberry, Macy's, The Home Depot, Sony, Diageo, Subway, Proctor & Gamble, The Discovery Network, Reebok, and others.
