- Translate business objectives & drivers towards measurable customer outcomes
- Client engagement and relationship development with key customers
- Experience spans from shaping the business case justifying the investments for the program, to assessing the IT governance, organization, process changes required to support the program, into managing program execution and monitoring its deployment.
- IT Programs governance planning and implementation (including complex, multi-shore programs). Extensive program and project management experience, managing complex, multidimensional programs/projects. Certified project manager (Project Management Professional – PMP) of Project Management Institute since 2003.
