Member of the Applications Technology team within the Oracle Solution Engineering pre-sales organization. The Oracle Applications Technology team enables Oracle North American Applications customers to modernize their business through technical innovation. The team collaborates across pillars, industries and market segments to provide subject matter expertise on Oracle Software as a Service (SaaS) technology.

Mike Iserman, and all members of the NAA Advanced Technology pre-sales team, cover a wide range of technical topics as they relate to Oracle Cloud Applications. Applications include most pillars including ERP, EPM, HCM, and SCM. Within these pillars, specific responsibilities include educating customers and prospects on topics including architecture, integration, security, and operations for Oracle Cloud Applications. Areas of focus also include how customers can leverage Oracle Cloud Platform tools to develop Oracle Application extensions (PaaS4SaaS).

Mike has approximately 25 years of experience in the IT industry and 20 years of experience working with Oracle Applications. Prior to Mike's current role on the Oracle Applications pre-sales team, Mike worked as an Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) technical consultant. Experience in this area typically included designing and developing Oracle ERP extensions such as custom forms, reports, and interfaces. While in this role, Mike also worked with a variety of technology products such as Java, SQL, PL/SQL, XML, HTML, XPath, XSLT, XQuery, XML Schema, JSPs, Servlets, SQL-Plus, SQL-Loader, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Oracle JDeveloper, Oracle Applications Framework (OAF), MVC Architecture, Unix / Linux shell scripting, some Oracle BI Publisher, and Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE).
