I am passionate about being able to solve business challenges relating to identifying and retaining talent, through our channels of candidates looking to transition from elite sport and elite members of the military. It is widely regarded that that these individuals not only provide a positive impact to organisation but help develop strong cultures within.
To reach this point of my 20 plus year journey, I have been able to learn and adapt through the various stepping stones of recruitment from vacancy resourcing through to executive search consultant right the way to managing a division across a plethora of industries, sectors and roles.
