As a leader and mentor, I manage and support developer teams across Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Japan, providing both technical support and consultancy services to DocuSign's customers. I act as the bridge between support and engineering, professional services, and product management organizations, and I deliver and drive new processes within the support organization. I also have extensive knowledge and expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, App Development, and Chatbot Development, which I leverage to create innovative and effective solutions for developers.
