I’m a business building champion!

While holding director roles with top luxury hospitality brands such as WTS International, Hilton, and Exhale by Hyatt, I have been the go-to person to ensure seamless partner acquisitions building on brand identity, revenue streams, and staff retention.

I’m proud to say I’m an award-winning director for pioneering several best practice initiatives including executing profitable marketing plans and team-building exercises; which led to a 144% revenue increase in retail sales and a 60% decrease in operating expenses without sacrificing quality for staff or guests.

Realizing my strength and excitement for building businesses, I turned my sights to start-ups. While contracted for several roles, including opening a hotel spa, launching an ecommerce skincare brand, and building a multi-state sales team, I set these businesses up for success with solid branding, marketing plans, building their staffing bench, and detailed financial reporting. Having the ability to support these business helped them exceed their goals in multi-million dollar benchmarks with sustainable, scalable growth.

Most recently, I held the position as CEO & Head of U.S. Sales & Operations for Whatskin, a skin tech start-up founded by a European investment firm. In the past year, I’ve single-handedly grown the operations of the company including over 50 partnerships with skincare vendors and distributors, 100,000+ app users, surpassed the investors goals in user conversion with a rapid and aggressive marketing strategy.
