I’m an energetic and goal-oriented marketing and operations leader with 17+ years of experience across ad tech, HR tech, CPG, restaurant & retail tech, healthcare & education.

Below are a few personal musings and beliefs that I hold true. If these resonate with you, I’d love to connect:

–1 Data is the foundation for building trust at an executive level. I thrive in analyzing data and drawing meaningful insights to drive action. I don’t think it’s impossible for Sales and Marketing to get along, it comes down to transparency, empathy, and established “handshake” metrics. I know my way around Salesforce and Hubspot and am more than comfortable standing up dashboards to create a shared source of truth. I (still) enjoy getting my hands in the plumbing and building up (or optimizing) marketing tech stacks to drive efficiency.

–2 Great branding is ownable (defensibly yours), memorable, and experiential in its engagement, otherwise, what’s the point? Branding originates with your mission and builds its heartbeat through the feedback loop of your customers. It doesn’t stop with the prospect but flows through your entire customer experience, and most importantly, through your own internal branding & communications efforts.

–3 I’m passionate about building high-achieving and connected teams. I do this by establishing clear team goals/OKRs and empowering employees to find their way to the finish line. I design exercises and rituals so they can get to know the real humans they’re working with. I create spaces that spark creativity and reflection. I’m a true player/coach with an open door for coaching and an eagerness to dive in where I can make an individual impact. I love celebrating my team through every step of the journey, and will constantly advocate for their continued success.

–4 I love serving as an executive leader, not only to hold responsibility for owned goals and metrics but to also serve as a company culture ambassador. I’m a candid communicator and not afraid to ask for context or to respectfully challenge the status quo. And I’m flexible and eager to show up where the business needs the most support (bring on the pivots).

Outside of work, I’m a registered yoga teacher and Executive Board member for Girls on the Run of the Bay Area, empowering females of all ages to grow and lead through healthy movement. You can also find me zenning out on the pottery wheel and in my urban garden.
