Murtaza Babrawala

I have a Master of Science in Computer Science from Vrije Universiteit Brussel, where I learned how to apply cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to solve real-world problems. I am currently a Senior Associate Product Manager at CleverTap, a leading customer engagement and retention platform that helps businesses grow and retain users. I am part of the Core Application team, where I manage product development from ideation to launch, collaborating with engineers, designers, and stakeholders across the organization.

Before joining CleverTap, I was a Product Manager at Beem, a cloud communication platform that connects businesses with customers in more than 20 countries, mostly in Africa. I was instrumental in the launch and roll-out of Moja, an omnichannel chat and customer engagement platform that enables seamless and personalized interactions across multiple channels. I also have experience as a Full Stack Software Developer at Cinta Medtech, a product-based company that develops smart lifestyle management apps for women. I worked on the Android and iOS apps, as well as the backend logic and microservice architecture, of Zury, a product that helps women track and improve their health and wellness. I have multiple certifications in product management, and I have skills in chatbot development, XML, and software development.
