I’m a graduate of both a BA (Hons) in Economics with Computer Science and an MSc in Management and Marketing from University College of Cork, currently heading up the Affiliate Team at HubSpot remotely from Cork City. My role at HubSpot is to build and maintain relationships with our top-performing partners, encourage growth, negotiate based on ROAS return, and manage expectations, all while managing a team of high-performing individuals.
My speciality is in launching, growing and diversifying affiliate and referral programs to ensure success and positive ROI for the business. How do I do this? By using data analysis, recognising trends, leveraging relationships, and being transparent with our partners at every step. The success of this method can be seen in the results: 65% growth y/o/y in referral revenue at Teamwork and 30% growth y/o/y in signup volume at HubSpot.
Previously, I’ve worked for companies which include Teamwork (B2B SaaS) leading the charge on all things affiliate, referral, and partnerships; Kyotech (B2B Service) heading up their marketing department; and Nudge Marketing a marketing agency specialising in revenue growth via referral and affiliate marketing that I founded in 2017.
I’m a proven hard worker with high motivation, especially in a fast-paced environment. I’m equipped with strong interpersonal and people management skills, with a focus on communication and transparency. My management style is ever-evolving, meeting the needs of each individual that I work with to ensure their success. I aim to keep the needs and priorities of customers, partners, and the business at the forefront of all work and campaigns.
Outside of work, I’m a proud Limerick woman with a love for dogs, anything with an engine, and traveling. I’m an avid supporter of LGBTQ+ rights, and I encourage diversity, inclusion, and belonging in all walks of life.
