Nancy started as a Client Success Director for Enterprise Accounts at Bazaarvoice in 2018. Bazaarvoice connects brands and retailers to consumers, so that every shopping experience feels personal. Each month in the Bazaarvoice Network, more than a billion consumers view and share authentic content including reviews, questions and answers, and social photos across 6,000 brand and retail websites. Across the network, Bazaarvoice captures billions of shopper signals monthly — data that powers high-efficiency digital advertising and personalization with unmatched relevance. Nancy began working for Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG) in July 2014. GLG is building a membership for outstanding professionals, which pairs those professionals thousands of times a week and around the world to teach and learn from one another, most often through one-on-one conversation. GLG believes one-on-one conversations and small meetings drive better business outcomes.

Prior to working at GLG, Nancy worked for Yodle and was a consistent performer in sales, compliance, and quality metrics. Before working in sales at Yodle, Nancy joined the Global Regulations and Standards (GR&S) Team at Philips Healthcare in early 2012. Philips Healthcare is a division under Philips (based out of the Netherlands) and creates innovative, groundbreaking medical devices and software technologies. Nancy worked as a technical writer and editor, and works with factory personnel and regulatory engineers in 100+ countries to ensure global medical device compliance.

Prior to joining the GR&S Team, Nancy worked at Harvard University and the John Hancock Research Center. She volunteered for Wolfram Alpha and MindBounce (a small start-up company).

She was the recipient of the Graduate Dean's Fellowship and graduated in 2013 with a master's degree in Health Communication. Nancy was also a national finalist for the 2011 Ella Lyman Cabot Trust Award.
