As a Global Operations Executive and Board Member, I contribute to globally adopted businesses at scale and billion-dollar outcomes through operations excellence, customer experience, digital transformation, GTM strategy, sales, product, and organizational development. I am a mission-driven leader with 20 years across B2B/B2C emerging to high-growth leaders – Square (NYSE: SQ), Capital One (NYSE: COF), Bank of America (NYSE: BAC), TMX Finance, and ServiceMaster.

Employing an entrepreneurial, strategic mindset, I execute operations in critical market launches, M&As, and high-value negotiations with fiscal, risk, and regulatory rigor. As an influential developer of leaders and culture, I challenge and motivate amazing teams through aspirational goals that increase market share, revenue, and brand recognition. At Bank of America, launched operations of several large offshore call centers, managing all P&L.

✦ Through operational expertise and transformations, contributed to both Square and Capital One’s multibillion-dollar revenue – delivering efficiencies, culture turnarounds, digital transformation, global GTM, product management, and fiscal rigor.

✦ Played key role in Capital One’s $9B ING acquisition, including both companies’ product integrations and rolling out marketing campaigns to introduce Capital One to former ING Direct customers.

✦ Leveraging digital and GTM expertise, led successful GTM rollouts across multiple software/hardware products at Square, globally. At Capital One, played key role in rebuilding capitalone.com website and mobile app – touching nearly every customer. Also, transitioned TMX Finance from a paper company to a completely digital one.

✦ Bring strong finance and regulations acumen, having overseen budgets of $115M and $75 P&L, maintaining dynamic, multi-year, integrated financial models, and ensure compliance with financial lending regulations GDPR and other regulatory agencies.
